These illustrations are designed to resemble the child in the photo you upload but are not exact copies. The AI generates a cartoon-style character that captures the child’s essence, though some differences—such as variations in features or artistic details—are normal and expected.
AI is a powerful tool, but it’s not perfect. It may "hallucinate," meaning it can produce unexpected or slightly inaccurate details in the illustrations, such as the wrong hair color or facial features. While we strive to minimize these issues, they may occur, and you should anticipate them when using our service.
Every illustration is reviewed by our team of moderators to ensure quality and appropriateness before inclusion in your personalized book. Their role is to maintain overall standards, not to guarantee that the illustration perfectly matches the uploaded photo.

Once your personalized book is created and delivered, it is final. As each book is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you believe there’s a significant issue with your book, you may contact our customer service team, and we’ll review it at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaleTwist LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including dissatisfaction with your personalized book or errors in the final product.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaleTwist LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
